Appointments are available from 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays only. The basic cost is $20.00 for Live Scan or Ink Rolled prints. Live Scan costs varies depending upon the needs of the employer. If Ink Rolled prints are requested the citizen must provide two blank cards. A picture ID is required for fingerprinting services. The Oceanside Police Department is not a certified INS fingerprinting station and cannot fingerprint for immigration purposes. Contact the INS for a list of certified fingerprinting locations.
