Card Room Permits
The Special Enforcement Section issues permits for Card Room employees, massage technicians and fortunetellers. Fingerprints, photos and fees are handled at the police station front desk and the permits are issued in the Special Enforcement Section.

Clearance Letters
Clearance letters are available to citizens and former citizens of Oceanside for immigration or emigration purposes. The letter is also available for fishing licenses in Mexico. The fee is $10.00. Clearance letters are not available for employment background checks. Fees are paid at the Records Department window located inside the main lobby.

Alarm Registration Information
All alarm systems installed in the City of Oceanside must be registered with the Police Department. Information booklets and registration forms are available at the public counter. There is no fee.
