Kelly WIGMORE was previously reported as a missing person in OPD Case # 08019288 but was subsequently located and removed from the system.
R/P has since reported that K. WIGMORE stayed at the Motel 6 on N. Coast Hwy from 8/3-6/2008. R/P states that prior to 8/6/2008 K. WIGMORE had been in contact with her daughter. R/P states that since 8/6/2008 there has been no further contact with her daughter. R/P (& family) believe that this is uncharacteristic of K. WIGMORE and they fear for her safety, health and well being.
Prior to disappearance K. WIGMORE had been staying at the Bread of Life Mission and with members of its staff. They have not had contact with her since 8/6/2008 either.
K. WIGMORE appears to be a transient and has ties to Orange County and British Columbia, Canada.
