Spafford and his friend were involved in a fight across the street from Roosevelt Middle School on 6-2-08 at 1545 hrs. Before, during and after the fight, Spafford was allegedly heard yelling racial slurs and yelling “white power”. Spafford allegedly extended his right arm and yelled “hiel Hitler” and “White Pride” as he walked away from the victim. If he is seen please call 911 with the information. On 06/19/08 at about 1455 hours, officers responded to a 911 call of a subject not breathing at a residence in the 1500 block of Molly Circle in Oceanside. Upon arrival, officers found the victim to be deceased and suspicious circumstances surrounding his death. The above mentioned person of interest, Jeffrey Frederick, is wanted for questioning only.
