Principal Management Analyst Patricia Hawk was born in Honolulu, HI into a USMC military family and was primarily raised in Boston, MA and North County San Diego.  She attended Bridgewater State University in Massachusetts and earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management Science with a concentration in accounting. 

Patricia has 15 years of Government Finance experience and 20+ years of Finance and Accounting experience in the private sector.  Prior to joining the Oceanside Police Department, she served as a Finance Manager for both the City of Temecula and the Pechanga Band of Mission Indians.  Currently, she oversees the Financial Services Unit which is responsible for Payroll, Personnel Management, Accounts Payable, Purchasing, General Accounting and Budget for the Oceanside Police Department.
