Crystallee Miller began her public safety career in 2006 with the California Highway Patrol, where she served as both a Public Safety Dispatcher and Records Supervisor. Over two decades, she has developed extensive expertise in law enforcement records administration, criminal justice information systems, public records, regulatory compliance, and organizational leadership.
Prior to joining the Oceanside Police Department, Crystallee served as Police Records Supervisor for the City of Murrieta Police Department, where she led records operations, supervised professional staff, and ensured compliance with state and federal criminal justice requirements, including the California Public Records Act, CLETS, DOJ reporting, and records retention standards.
As Police Records Manager, Crystallee oversees the Department's Records Unit, providing leadership for records operations, quality assurance, process improvement, and the continued modernization of records services. She is committed to strengthening collaboration between sworn and professional staff while promoting innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service in support of the Department's mission and the Oceanside community.
