Police Services Administrator Paul Bradley was born in Houston, Texas and was primarily raised in the Dallas-Fort Worth suburb of Allen, Texas. He attended the University of North Texas in Denton, Texas, earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminal Justice. Paul began his public safety career in 2008 with the City of Frisco, Texas. Prior to joining the Oceanside Police Department, he served as the Director of Public Safety Communications for the City of Burleson, Texas.

Paul oversees the Support Services Division which is comprised of the Communications, Records and Finance units of the Department.
