Abigail Koevary serves as the Administrative Analyst for the Oceanside Police Department. Abigail provides direct support to the Chief of Police and the Assistant Chief of Police, while also assisting various divisions with administrative tasks. This role is responsible for conducting special studies, preparing reports and recommendations, analyzing data from various public safety software and other databases, and leading the coordination of Oceanside Police Department events.

Abigail was born and raised in McKinney, Texas. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Forensic and Investigative Sciences from Texas A&M University. She also possesses a Law Enforcement Analyst – Foundational certification as a member of the International Association of Crime Analysts. Abigail is committed to the continuous improvement of the department’s organizational needs.
